Obesity is now at epidemic proportions with the majority of the British population now either overweight or obese and the problems associated with being overweight go way beyond not fitting into your old clothes or just feeling sluggish the health implications are far reaching.
You are probably experiencing issues such as: feeling tired everyday, back and joint pain, breathlessness, increased sweating, difficulty sleeping, unable to engage in exercise or lack of motivation and depression.
But obesity can also cause changes that you may not notice going on inside your body that can seriously damage your health, such as high blood pressure [hypertension] and high cholesterol levels [fatty deposits that block your arteries] both of these conditions significantly increase the risk of you having a heart attack or stroke and that is not all there is a very good chance you are well on your way to becoming a diabetic or another victim to cancer waiting to happen.

To fight the effects of obesity you first need to get an understanding of what is causing you to be overweight, you must be mentally ready and prepared to learn the truth about what has made you this way and is keeping you this way.

The fact of the matter is that today the majority of food products we consume are laced with synthetic chemicals that are affecting our endocrine system and immune function, the endocrine system affects almost every organ and cell in our body including producing the hormones that regulate metabolism, growth and development, tissue function, reproduction, sleep, mood among other things so when the endocrine is affected it can have serious consequences as does our immune system that is our primary defence against disease and infection.
